The Play Lab r\u00e9unit plusieurs zones de jeu pens\u00e9es pour stimuler le mouvement, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, l\u2019imagination et la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes, offrant aux enfants une exp\u00e9rience d\u2019apprentissage riche et compl\u00e8te \u00e0 travers le jeu.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Notre objectif \u00e9tait d\u2019\u00e9lever l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du playspace, d\u2019introduire un corner retail d\u00e9di\u00e9 pour soutenir la croissance du chiffre d\u2019affaires, et de poser des bases solides pour un succ\u00e8s op\u00e9rationnel durable.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

J\u2019ai choisi de structurer ce projet en deux phases am\u00e9nagement et optimisation de l\u2019espace et mise en place de l\u2019offre produits.<\/strong> and Product Implementation<\/strong>.<\/p>

Lors de la premi\u00e8re phase, je me suis concentr\u00e9e sur la transformation du lieu afin de cr\u00e9er une exp\u00e9rience client fluide et engageante. J\u2019ai repens\u00e9 l\u2019espace d\u2019accueil, am\u00e9lior\u00e9 la circulation des visiteurs et optimis\u00e9 les zones de restauration et de stockage pour soutenir des op\u00e9rations quotidiennes plus efficaces et renforcer l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re globale. J\u2019ai \u00e9galement introduit un corner retail soigneusement con\u00e7u pour enrichir le parcours client tout en g\u00e9n\u00e9rant une nouvelle source de revenus.<\/p>

La seconde phase a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer la strat\u00e9gie retail. J\u2019ai s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 les produits les plus pertinents dans le respect du budget d\u00e9fini, pilot\u00e9 les achats et les commandes, et \u00e9labor\u00e9 une strat\u00e9gie de prix visant \u00e0 maximiser les ventes tout en renfor\u00e7ant l\u2019identit\u00e9 et le positionnement du lieu.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
