TroiZenfantS is a brand of children’s clothing created by two friends that are passionate about fashion. TroiZenfantS offers a collection of baby fashion and kids fashion that is always current.

I launched a luxury children’s fashion flagship in Hong Kong, introducing a leading European brand to the Asian market. The boutique quickly became a trusted destination and achieved an annual turnover of HK$2 millions.

I expanded distribution to Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan, building selective partnerships and securing a solid regional presence.

I oversaw the project end to end: market research, budgeting, operations and team management. I developed the full marketing ecosystem, including e-commerce, digital campaigns, printed materials and media relations.
