Petit Tippi is Hong Kong’s premier boutique for carefully curated natural, organic and eco-friendly baby and kids products that are good for baby, parents and Mother Earth! With a wide range of products ranging from cloth diapers, swaddles, breastfeeding friendly products, feeding and dishware, toys and so much more.

Petit Tippi was growing but V., the founder, felt she had not enough visibility over expenses and revenues. V. wanted a solution that would give her a clear picture of the financials of the company.

I began by working on the accounting in Xero to understand profit and loss statement, the value of the stock, and the stock turnover.
It became clear that Petit Tippi’s needed  strategic growth.
We focused on developing the business with new products and increasing purchases of our hero items to avoid missing potential sales.
This led to higher purchase volumes and consignment agreements with new brands and expanded product ranges.

To support this growth, we also needed better efficiency on the website. We brought in a web designer to upgrade the site and improve the user experience.

As turnover began to rise significantly, it became essential to recruit more staff and set up new communication and workflow processes.

One of the best parts of this project was to support V., the owner, as she began work on her own baby brand, focused on cloth diapers.
