The Play Lab brings together a variety of play zones designed to stimulate movement, creativity, imagination, and problem-solving, offering children a rich, well-rounded learning experience through play.
We aimed to elevate the playspace experience, introduce a dedicated retail corner to boost revenue, and establish a strong foundation for long-term operational success.
I chose to structure this project in two phases: Store Layout & Space Optimisation and Product Implementation.
During the first phase, I focused on transforming the space to create a seamless and engaging customer experience. I reimagined the welcome area, improved customer flow, and optimised the food service and storage areas to support more efficient daily operations and elevate the overall atmosphere. I also introduced a curated retail corner, designed to enhance the customer journey while creating an additional revenue stream.
In the second phase, I brought the retail strategy to life. I selected the most relevant products within the agreed budget, managed purchasing and ordering processes, and developed a pricing strategy aimed at maximising sales while strengthening the store’s identity and positioning.
